1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 clove minced garlic
Pepper to taste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar (opt.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
8 oz. egg noodles

Brown onions and beef then drain. Add garlic, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes, covered. Cook noodles as directed on the package. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Grease baking dish. Put a layer of noodles, meat sauce, sour cream, cream cheese, and grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 large servings.
