PORCUPINE MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 onion 2 eggs 2 c. saltine crackers Salt and pepper 1 1/2 c. Minute rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 c. milk Combine hamburger, onion, eggs, milk, crackers, seasoning and rice, until mixed thoroughly. Roll into meatballs and brown. When browned, place meatballs into soups, combine with 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer until meatballs are done, about 1/2 hour. Serve. |
