SCALLOPS ITALIAN | |
1 can Swanson's chicken broth Flour to thicken 6 cloves fresh garlic, chopped 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. basil 3 lbs. scallops Before you heat chicken broth add some flour and whisk. As broth heats it will thicken. You may need to add more slowly. Add spices and garlic. Add scallops - cover, keeping temperature very low. After scallops are cooked, take cover off and continue to cook slowly until desired thickness of sauce is achieved. Serve over angel hair pasta or regular spaghetti. |
