HUNTINGTON CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 fryer parts
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk of celery or more
1 sm. jar of pimento
Sm. pkg. noodles
1 c. or more grated cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 can mushroom soup

Boil chicken and debone. Chop into small pieces. Cook noodles in broth while sauteing onions, celery and pepper in a tablespoon of butter.

Combine all ingredients including cut-up chicken, sauteed vegetables, soup and cheese. Pour in greased large casserole or 2 small ones and bake until done, 30 minutes or more. Sprinkle cheese on top.
