CHICKEN ENCHILADA 
3 lb. chicken, boiled & boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 (4 oz.) can El Chico green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 med. size pkg. Doritos
1 lb. longhorn or cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt

In saucepan combine soups and broth; heat. Add onion, chilies and chicken.

In long baking dish, spread 1/2 package Doritos, next spread 1/2 of the chicken mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the chicken. Make a second layer in the same order. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
