CHICKEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 sm. can chopped green chilies, undrained 2 cans chicken, cut in lg. pieces and drained 1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lg. carton sour cream Chili powder to taste 1 lg. bag Dorito chips, break slightly Mix soups, green chilies, chicken, sour cream and chili powder. Layer in 9 x 13 inch baking dish beginning with chips, soup mixture and finally cheese. Divide into 2 layers. Heat for approximately 30 minutes or until heated throughout in 350 degree oven. |
