SAUSAGE AND LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. hot sausage
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook hot sausage with minced onion for 5 minutes. Drain fat off. Separate beans and place in buttered 2 quart casserole, cover with the sausage mixture. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
