LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. dry Forkhook limas
1/2 lb. sausage (bulk)
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Bell's Poultry Seasoning

Soak beans overnight; drain, cover with cold water and cook until tender. In large skillet brown sausage and onion; add 2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce and 1/2 can liquid from beans; add salt, brown sugar and poultry seasoning. Mix well together and then adjust seasonings if necessary.

Put beans in large 3-quart casserole; pour sauce over beans and mix well. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
