PORK CHOP - LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. dry limas
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. oil

SAUCE FOR BAKING:

1 1/2 c. cooking liquid
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Soak the beans overnight. Add the 4 cups water and salt; simmer one hour. Drain and save the liquid. Put beans in a large baking dish. Flour the pork chops and brown them in the oil. Salt them and add them to the beans. Combine the sauce ingredients in the pan used for browning. Pour sauce over beans and chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Remove foil and bake another half hour.
