TORTILLA BEEF ROLL-UPS 
Only four ingredients make up this sandwich-style tortilla. It's quick for a hungry crowd-

4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
1 (8 oz.) carton bacon-horseradish dip
10 to 12 oz. thinly sliced cooked beef
Leaf lettuce

Spread 1 side of each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of the horseradish dip, covering whole tortilla. Top with 1 or 2 slices of beef. Spread with another 2 tablespoons of the dip. Top with lettuce leaves. Roll up tortilla jelly-roll style. Place, seam side down, on platter. Cover and chill until serving time.

Before serving, cut each roll-up cross-wise into thirds. Makes 6 servings, 2 roll-ups each.
