GREEN SALAD WITH BLUE CHEESE 
1 head green or red leaf lettuce, broken into bite-size pieces
1 tomato, chopped into bite-size pieces
2 green onion, chopped
1 avocados, sliced into sm. pieces
2 oz. pkg. blue cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1/8 c. red wine vinegar

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onions and avocados. Avocados can be sprinkled with lemon juice to maintain color. Combine blue cheese, olive oil an red wine vinegar and toss.
