GRILLE SPARERIBS 
3-4 lb. spareribs
Creole seasonings
3/4 c. currant jelly
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger

Season ribs and place meaty side up on a rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Melt jelly. Add lemon juice, mustard and ginger. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Brush ribs with sauce every 15 minutes and continue cooking until tender. Serves 4.
