PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES 
4 (4 oz.) lean center-cut pork chops, trimmed
1 med. onion, chopped
Vegetable cooking spray
1 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chicken flavor bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 med.-size cooking apples, peeled, sliced
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. Brown pork chops and onions in a large skillet coated with cooking spray.

2. Combine water, bouillon granules and pepper, stirring to dissolve. Add to skillet. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Skim off fat.
