APPLE PIE PORK CHOPS 
4 c. sliced apples, peeled
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. flour
4-6 pork chops
Crushed corn flakes

Stir apples and dry ingredients in a bowl; place in bottom of a casserole or baking dish. Coat chops in corn flakes, then place on top of apples slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
