CARAMEL BROWNIES 
1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. nuts (your choice)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) Kraft caramel candies

Melt caramel pieces in double boiler with 1/2 cup of the evaporated milk. Mix cake mix (dry powder) with 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and melted butter. Take 1/2 of this mixture and spread in bottom of a GREASED 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes (no longer). Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Spread melted caramel over this. Take the remaining unbaked cake mixture and spread over caramel (spoon on in clumps, then spread). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (no longer). Cool and enjoy!
