BLONDE TOFFEE BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. (packed) brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. crushed Heath toffee bars
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream butter; add sugars and cream well. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in crushed candy. Spread over bottom of well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. When cool, cut into bars 3 inches long and 1 inch wide. If desired, bars may be frosted when cool with a white or chocolate butter frosting before cutting. Sprinkle more candy bits on top. Yield: 3 dozen.
