NOAH'S ARK CLAM CHOWDER | |
1/2 c. butter 1 med. finely chopped onion 1 can minced clams (drain and save juice) Saute above 15 minutes in skillet. 3 cans cream of potato soup (Campbell's) 1 can cream of celery soup (Campbell's) 1 qt. half and half Mix above all together. You can heat all of this in a big kettle before putting it into a crock pot or slow cooker. Cook on low heat 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally. If it gets too thick you can add clam juice. |
