ONE PAN BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (3-4 med.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Generously grease the bottom of loaf pan, 9"x5"x3". Mix all ingredients except nuts in the pan and stir very well. Mix in the nuts.

Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.

I mix the ingredients in a bowl and pour in a greased pan lined with wax paper.

Serve this bread warm with Neufchatel cheese, Philadelphia cream cheese.
