LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 eggs
2 c. water (less if cooked quick)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 lb. cottage cheese

Brown beef, onion. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper. Simmer slow 1 1/4 hours. Add lasagna to boiling water, cook until tender. Drain. Mix eggs and cottage cheese. Arrange lasagna noodles in layers alternating with sauce, Mozzarella and cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 375 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted.
