WAFFLES 
1/4 lb. butter
4 egg yolks
14 tbsp. flour (1 c. less 2 tbsp.)
1/2 pt. sour cream
Dash of salt
4 egg whites, beaten

Cream butter until fluffy. Add all other ingredients slowly. Dash of sugar may be added if desired. Add beaten egg whites last. Cook in waffle iron.
