SKEWERED BEEF TERIYAKI | |
2 lbs. beef, sliced thin 1 tsp. MSG (Accent) 1/4 c. soy sauce (Kikkoman) 1/4 c. corn oil 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. grated ginger 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 pkg. skewering sticks Mix all ingredients together and marinate beef in mixed ingredients for at least 2 hours prior to cooking. Place skewered beef in pan and broil at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour or until tender. (Can also be cooked on the bar-b-que.) |
