TERIYAKI BEEF 
1. 1 c. water
2. 1/2 c. chopped green onion
3. 1 c. soy sauce
4. 1/2 c. sugar
5. 1/4 c. sesame seeds
6. 1 clove minced garlic
7. 1 tsp. black pepper
8. 1 lb. thinly sliced tri-tip or flank steak

Mix the first 7 ingredients. Slice beef into thin slices. Place beef into sauce. Soak beef for 10-24 hours. Grill beef to taste. Serves 4-6 people.
