PINEAPPLE BEEF TERIYAKI 
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pineapple, cut in 1-inch cubes or 1 can pineapple chunks

Several hours before serving: Mix sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger and garlic. Stir in beef and refrigerate, covered. Stir several times. Alternate beef and pineapple on skewers. Broil in oven or cook on grill. May add green pepper and onions to skewers also.
