PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. water
3 c. sugar
2 c. (1, 16 oz. can) pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. walnuts

Mix first 5 ingredients well. In separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and baking soda. Add this to pumpkin mix. Add, stirring with spoon only; chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Also does well in Bundt cake pans.
