CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. light Karo syrup
4 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
9 inch pastry shell, unbaked

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, mix eggs, corn syrup, chocolate, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake about 55 minutes. Cool before serving.
