CHOCOLATE NUT PIE 
1 c. chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Combine sugar and flour. Add syrup, melted butter and milk. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Stir well until smooth and blended. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour in chocolate chips and pecans into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Pour other mixture into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
