MEATBALLS AND GRAVY 
3 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
2 eggs
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
Butter for browning

GRAVY:

2 c. sour cream
2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika

Meatballs: Combine all meatball ingredients, mix, shape into meatballs size of walnut. Brown in butter. Put in slow cooker.

Gravy: Combine all ingredients, mix until smooth. Pour over meatballs. Simmer at least 4 hours. Stir once or twice.
