MEATBALLS IN GRAVY 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. lean ground pork
1/4 lb. bulk sausage
1 egg
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
Gravy (below)

GRAVY:

1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. paprika

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except gravy. Shape into meatballs and brown in skillet or on broiler rack in 400 degree oven. Prepare gravy in crock-pot. Add meatballs. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours (on high setting for 3 to 4 hours). 4 to 6 servings.

For gravy: combine all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir thoroughly.
