1 (30 oz.) can of sweet potatoes, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 orange, sliced

Mash the drained sweet potatoes. Cook with the other ingredients. Place in casserole and heat in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Place sliced orange on top.
