GIANT PEANUT BUTTER "CUP"
COOKIES
 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
16 miniature peanut butter cups

Oven at 350 degrees. Combine flour, soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and add vanilla. Stir in the flour mixture. Drop by level 1/4 cup mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet (4 cookies per sheet).

Cut each candy into 4 pieces and push pieces of candy into cookie flattening dough slightly. Bake until cookies are light golden about 15 minutes. The center will be pale and soft. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet before removing to racks.
