CARAMEL FROSTING 
Melt 1/4 cup butter in pan. Stir in 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons milk. Bring to full boil, cool to lukewarm. Add 2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar. Beat until spreading consistency.
