GRANDMA HEDBERG'S CARAMEL
FROSTING
 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. rich milk or cream
2 tsp. baking powder

Cook slowly, at first, boil and remove when forms a soft ball. When nearly cold add baking powder and beat until light.
