ONION FRIED CHICKEN 
Cut up chicken
2 c. flour or bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Milk
Butter
1 pkg. dried onion soup

Parboil chicken. Drain. Mix flour or bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, sage, paprika and pepper and dried onion soup together. Dip chicken in milk and dredge in seasoned mixture. Fry in butter until crispy.
