Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg in a bowl until it looks like thick wet sand. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place onto cookie sheet and gently press top of cookie down just to help keep its shape.

Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes (10 to 12 minutes for dark or non-stick pans). Remove from oven and let cool completely.

They will still be a little gooey when they come out but once they set they will be soft and chewy and delicious!
