SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
3 packages frozen spinach, thawed and well drained 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes 3 cups cottage cheese 1/3 cup butter, melted 6 eggs, lightly beaten 5 tbsp. flour Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Transfer to a casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for an hour. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Submitted by: Jillybear |
