VEG - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
Sm. bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1 lg. tomato
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 c. shredded mozzarella
2 c. cracker crumbs
butter

Parboil broccoli and cauliflower. Place in 2 quart casserole. Add tomato wedges, mushroom soup and cheese. Top with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
