SAUSAGE SUPREME 
1 lb polish sausage
2 large onions
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
garlic powder

Slice sausage into small chunks. Cut onions and bell peppers into slices.

Add all ingredients into the Crock-pot and cook for 4 hours.

Can be served over rice or alone.
