SWISS CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. hash browns
2 c. whipping cream
8 oz. shredded Swiss
Chopped onion - optional
1 stick butter (melted)
Salt & pepper to taste

In baking dish layer hash browns, onions, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper. Pour melted butter and whipping cream over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
