TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Ranch style beans, drained
2 heads lettuce
3 tomatoes, diced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bag taco chips (Tostitos)
Taco seasoning
2 green onions, chopped
1 avocado
1 bottle Italian dressing or 1 bottle Catalina dressing

Brown beef and drain. Add beans and taco seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes. Shred lettuce and add tomatoes and onion. Crunch chips and mix in salad. Add beef on top and add cheese and avocado. Decorate with chips on side of bowl. Dressings may be individually added or one chosen and mixed in salad.
