CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. bacon
5 chicken breasts, cooked and cold
1 head lettuce
3/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts

ORIENTAL DRESSING INGREDIENTS:

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. catsup

Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and cook until crisp. Drain. Cut chicken into strips. Mix first set of ingredients. Mix ingredients for dressing and add to chilled chicken mixture just prior to serving. Yield 8 servings.
