CAULIFLOWER-PEA SALAD 
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, grated
1 (20 oz.) bag frozen peas, thawed
1 head cauliflower, cut into sm. pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

In large bowl mix celery, onion, peas, and cauliflower. To prepare dressing, combine mayonnaise, salt, and milk. Mix thoroughly with vegetables. Let marinate several hours in refrigerator and serve.
