1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
4 apples
1/2 pkg. red Jello

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter

Mix and handle dough as for pie crust. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter, add egg and milk. Line pan with dough. Cut apples into pan. Sprinkle Jello over apples. Add sugar if tart. Mix ingredients for streusel and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
