GARLIC POTATOES 
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 c. thinly sliced red potatoes, unpeeled
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 9-inch pan with Pam. Place potatoes slices on paper towels and squeeze gently to remove excess moisture; salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange potato slices in layers. Pour butter evenly over potatoes. Add garlic powder. Cover potatoes and bake for 35-45 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake 10-15 minutes longer or until golden brown. Serves 5-6.
