GERMAN CREAMED CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer
1 carton whipping cream
1 stick butter, or butter
1 med. onion, diced

Parboil chicken until done. Melt butter in frying pan and add onion. Place chicken in frying pan and brown with onions. Just prior to serving add whipping cream and let chicken simmer in cream for a few minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and use the excess cream for gravy.

This is a wonderful recipe. Very easy to make. I adjusted the recipe by adding fennel seed, celery seed and fresh ground pepper to the cream sauce. Serve with green beans, mashed potatoes & homemade sauerkraut. Wunderbar!
