BROWNIES WITH MINT FILLING 
1 box brownie mix

Make as directed on package or use your favorite recipe.

FILLING:

1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk

Combine the flour and milk to make paste; cook over low heat until thick. Cool.

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Few drops green food coloring

Beat sugar and butter in small bowl. Add coloring and flavoring. Add flour mixture a little at a time beating constantly until consistency of whipped cream. Spread over cooled brownies.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. butter

Melt together over low heat. Stir, cool slightly. Spread in think layer over brownies. Store in refrigerator. Very pretty for holidays.
