PEPPERMINT-FILLED BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar, granulated
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring
12 oz. chocolate chips

Blend together 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup granulated sugar and 4 eggs. Beat until creamy. Add to this 1 can of Hershey's chocolate, 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Pour into 10'x15" jelly roll pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool totally.

FILLING: Blend together until smooth 1/2 cup butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon peppermint extract. Add green food coloring to desired shade of green. Spread over brownies. Cool in refrigerator until stiff.

FROSTING: Melt together on low heat 1/2 cup butter and 12 ounce package of chocolate chips. Stir to blend completely. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. Pour over filling. Does not have to be refrigerated.
