BROCCOLI WITH ONION SAUCE 
1 lb. broccoli
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice

Cut off large outer leaves and woody portions of broccoli. Wash and soak in salt water a few minutes. Then cook, uncovered, in boiling salted water 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

Saute onion in butter until lightly browned. Add salt and pepper and lemon juice; then heat broccoli in this sauce about 1 minute. Serves 2.
