ACAPULCO CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can cream style corn
1 sm. can tomato sauce
6 corn tortillas
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Cook and stir 3 minutes. Put 1 tortilla in round 2 quart casserole and top with 1 cup sauce. Top with another tortilla, then 1 cup sauce. Continue until all tortillas are used. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
