WALDORF STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
2 onions
2 stalks celery
1/2 can water
1 tbsp. sugar
Pepper
5 potatoes
1 lb. carrots
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. tapioca

Layer the ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan. First layer is the meat and the last is the tapioca. Cover and place in the oven for 5 hours at 250 degrees. NO PEEKING!
