EGGLESS RED DEVIL FOOD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. cold water

Sift dry ingredients until well mixed. Add all other ingredients, beat with mixer. Pour into large ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
